One of the most helpful mindset shifts I’ve seen (especially in a healthy weight journey) is this:

Some things don’t do the work for you…  they support your ability to do the work.  

That’s how I think about creatine.

  • Recovery matters more than people think.
  • You’re more likely to stay consistent.
