Can we be honest for a second? 

This time of year has a special way of creeping up on us. One minute you’re wrapping up Halloween, and the next you’re staring down a mountain of to-do lists, family plans, holiday travel, and end-of-year everything. 😅 

If you’re already feeling the overwhelm setting in—you’re not alone. I’ve been there too. 

Last year, right around this time, I found myself feeling off—like I was constantly one step behind. My digestion was a mess, I was wired but tired, and I couldn’t stop reaching for quick energy fixes that only made me crash harder.
