There’s something about the start of a new year that genuinely  excites me. 🤗

Not in a “new year, new you” kind of way, but in the sense that it feels like an opportunity to reset rhythms, refocus on what matters, and move forward with a little more intention.

At the same time, I also know this:

For many people, the beginning of the year  doesn’t always feel light:

  • Energy can still feel low.
  • Cravings can feel louder than expected.
  • And even with the best intentions, staying consistent can feel harder than it should.

If that’s been your experience — I get it.

Life is full.

Stress doesn’t magically disappear on January 1st. And when the body feels under-supported, even good habits can feel like effort instead of momentum.

Over the last few years, I’ve become much more thoughtful about how I approach wellness tools and programs.

Rather than asking, “Will this get results?” I’ve learned to ask a better question:

Does this actually support the body or does it just ask for more discipline?

That’s the lens I used when I recently took a closer look at our updated Five Day Protein Reset. What immediately stood out to me was how different the focus feels.

This isn’t about cutting back or powering through. It’s about fuelling and giving the body consistent support throughout the day so it can respond the way it’s designed to. The emphasis on protein felt especially intentional. Not as a trend or a diet tactic, but as a way to help the body feel nourished, steady, and supported.

When that happens, things like cravings, digestion, and energy often begin to settle naturally. I also appreciated how comprehensive this approach is, combining protein with nutrients that support digestion, muscle health, hydration, and recovery.

It feels less like a reset you “get through” and more like a structure that helps the body regain rhythm.

I don’t believe everyone needs a reset.

But for someone who wants to feel more energized, more balanced, and more in sync with their body, without extremes, this kind of short, supportive structure makes a lot of sense.

As I was reviewing all of this, it also gave me perspective on the bigger picture. The company offering the 5-day reset is stepping into its 70th Anniversary year, and there’s a clear emphasis on longevity, metabolic health, and helping people live fully — not just temporarily, but for the long run. That focus was front and center during their  2025 Kickoff Broadcast on Saturday, January 10, which felt to me like a meaningful moment to reconnect, reflect, and look ahead.

Whether you’re reading this as a customer, or simply someone who cares about living well, this feels like a positive way to start the year with more support, clarity, and momentum.

As always, I’ll share what genuinely excites me and feels aligned with helping real people live well in real life.

If any of this resonates, I’m always happy to chat!
